Learn How To Make Sarson Kaa Saag in Curries And Stories With Neelam. Sarson Ka Saag Recipe is a delicious popular winter recipe in Northern part of India made with fresh sarson leaves.

Ingredients:-

For The Saag:-
Mustard Greens
Spinach Leaves
Roughly Chopped Ginger
Green Chillies
Sliced Garlic
Turmeric Powder
Chilli Powder
Salt
Water
Corn Flour

For The Tadka:-
Ghee
Cumin Seeds
Chopped Garlic
Chopped Onion
¼ Red Chilli Powder
Salt
Garam Masala


Method:-
The Saag:-
Mix the spinach leaves and mustard greens and add them to a pressure cooker. Add ginger, green chillies, garlic, turmeric powder, chilli powder and water to it. Cook all these ingredients for 5-7 whistles. After the lid is opened add corn flour and let it thicken on low flame.

The Tadka:-
Take a pan and add ghee, cumin seeds, garlic and onion to it. Let the onions cook till brown and then add red chilli powder and salt & cook on high flame.

Add the tadka to saag followed by garam masala and your delicuous Sarson Ka Saag is ready to be served!
